These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the BY SKA Beauty website.

Products

Our products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or a replacement product.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. BY SKA Beauty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Order

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Free delivery is offered for purchases of €100 or more.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reasons.
